A 2024/2025 Wedding at Bramblewood Includes:


  • Reception in our stunning cathedral arched barn for up to 275 guests on a Saturday and up to 200 guests on a Friday or Sunday

    • Reception area includes seating and tables (8 foot banquet tables and Fruitwood Chiavari chairs) for up to 200 guests and lighting to set the perfect romantic ambiance *For a Saturday wedding, if guest count is above 200, additional tables and chairs must be rented

  • Secluded outdoor ceremony site with custom-made wood pews overlooking our expansive lake

  • Cocktail lawn, a lovely outdoor extension of the reception space

    • Umbrellas and lawn furniture with seating for approximately 30 guests

    • Lawn games (ring toss, giant tic-tac-toe & corn hole)

  • Spacious cottage full of natural light for wedding preparation before the ceremony (typically used for bride & bridesmaids)

  • Onsite luxury restroom facilities

  • Access to picturesque farm areas for photos the day of the wedding and for an engagement photo session (by appointment)

  • One hour use of property for rehearsal the day before the event

    • Depending on staff & venue availability, rehearsal may not necessarily be in the evening

  • Parking staff to direct your guests and facilitate parking

  • A golf cart to shuttle non-ambulatory guests to and from the ceremony site

  • Venue Manager to facilitate & oversee venue set up and property management

  • Set up and clean up of the venue (ask us for more details!)

  • Day of Wedding Coordinator providing full service wedding coordination from the moment you and your guests step onsite. See more details below.

  • Use of our exclusive décor collection which includes table décor, table numbers, centerpiece items, votive candle holders, decorative signs, and much more!

  • Complimentary cold bottled water and white parasols for shade (and photo opps) are available at the ceremony site

  • Use of the property times:

    • Saturday Wedding - 12:30pm-11pm*

      • Bridal preparation cottage is available for use from 12:30pm until the beginning of the reception

      • A 6-hour window between 4pm-11pm for the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception

    • Friday/Sunday Wedding - 2pm-10pm*

      • Bridal preparation cottage is available for use from 2pm until the beginning of the reception

      • A 6-hour window of 4pm-10pm for the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception

*All personal belongings must be removed from the property within half an hour of the event end time


The fee for everything listed above is:

Saturday: $13,400 for weddings of 200 guests or less / $14,900 for weddings of more than 200 guests

Friday: $8,900 for weddings of 100 guests or less / $9,900 for weddings of more than 100 guests

Sunday: $8,400 for weddings of 100 guests or less / $9,400 for weddings of more than 100 guests

4% gratuity to wedding day coordinator / $1000 premium date fee added for September & October dates / $500 discount for a ceremony offsite


In order to reserve a date, we require a $2000 non-refundable deposit via check payable to Bramblewood, LLC, cash or credit card along with a signed contract. Please note there is a 4% processing fee for credit card payments.

Day of Wedding Coordination

Your wedding package includes full service Day of Wedding Coordination from the moment you step onsite. In addition to the venue manager and venue staff, you will have a dedicated Wedding Day Coordinator who works for you to make your day flawless. She will do all of the following on and before your wedding day.

  • Bramblewood Guide- Access to our comprehensive and detailed planning tool/document, specially designed to lead you through planning a wedding at Bramblewood

  • Walk-Through Open Houses- reserved exclusively for booked Bramblewood couples and taking place on select Saturday mornings during our wedding season

  • Initial Planning & Décor Meeting- the winter before your wedding

  • Final Planning Meeting- One month before your wedding you will meet your Day of Wedding Coordinator to go over all final details and complete a venue walk-through

Week of Your Wedding

  • Meet your Wedding Day Coordinator onsite to deliver all non-perishable décor items (typically the Tuesday before your wedding)

  • One hour rehearsal the day before your event- fully coordinated by your Day of Wedding Coordinator

Wedding Day

  • Oversee venue staff as they set up (see full list of all set up completed by venue staff)

  • Greet vendors and answer their questions

  • Manage your wedding day timeline from vendor arrivals through until the end of the reception

  • Check-in with wedding couple when they arrive onsite

  • Distribute personal florals (bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres)

  • Monitor inclement weather and put rain plan into action if required

  • Update vendors of all timeline and weather related changes

  • Troubleshoot any and all hiccups throughout the day

Ceremony

  • Ensure all VIPs have arrived

  • Get ushers in place and go over ushering duties with them

  • Make sure we have the rings

  • Coordinate with DJ/musicians for ceremony music cueing

  • Line up wedding party and cue processional

  • Assist in gathering family for post-ceremony photos

Cocktail Hour

  • Bring drinks for the newlyweds to enjoy during couples portraits

  • Show guests where the card box is located

  • Assist guests in finding their seats and trouble shoot any seating chart issues

  • Make sure mom/BFF is there to help bustle the dress

  • Oversee the moving of ceremony florals and décor into reception space

  • Touch base with DJ to go over schedule of events for the evening

  • Gather wedding party for introductions into reception

Reception

  • Coordinate with DJ/MC for speeches, dances, cake cutting and other reception festivities

  • Cue catering staff to begin dinner service

  • Make sure all of your vendors eat dinner

  • Facilitate sunset photos

  • Open the cookie table for service

  • Organize your send-off

  • Touch base with shuttle drivers and cue them to depart on time

  • Oversee and facilitate the collection of all personal belongings, décor, etc. at the end of the night
