Picnic Date Night FAQ
What should we wear?
Bramblewood is located on a working fruit and vegetable farm! We recommend dressing for the weather in comfortable clothes! Please also wear comfortable walking shoes as you will be walking on uneven terrain including in gravel and grass.
What should we bring with us?
Please bring a blanket for your picnic dinner. If you don’t want to sit on the ground, feel free to bring folding chairs! It’s also BYOB so don’t forget your favorite wine or beer. We ask that you limit BYOB to one bottle of wine or one six-pack of beer per couple. We include disposable wine tumblers in the boxed picnic dinner but feel to bring your own glasses if you would like. If bringing beer or wine that needs to be chilled, please bring your own cooler! We will supply the clippers and vase for flower cutting.
Do we need to arrive at the start time of the event or can we come a bit later? Will it take us all 3 hours to pick the flowers and have a picnic dinner?
No need to arrive precisely at the start time of the event. We do however recommend that you plan to be here for at least 2.5 hours so as to have plenty of time to relax and enjoy the evening.
What if it rains?
These events are rain or shine. Please dress for the weather! If the weather is inclement, the picnic space and live music will be in our cathedral arched barn with twinkle lights to set the perfect romantic ambiance.
Can I bring my dog or other furry friend?
At this time, we have a strict ‘no pets’ policy as we recognize not all of our guests are comfortable with animals.
Is there ample parking onsite?
Yes, there is free and ample parking onsite. We have a parking attendant to assist in getting you to your spot!
What if I want to come but don’t have a date?
No worries! Bring a friend instead!
Is this an accessible event?
Since Bramblewood is located on a working farm, the property is not accessible due to uneven and steep terrain.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
At this time, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions. The french-style summer potato salad and the farm fresh green salad (minus the cheese served on the side) are both vegan and gluten free. Feel free to bring along an extra snack/alternate menu item that fits your dietary needs!
Can we bring our children along?
Although we love kiddos of all ages, this is an adults only (21 and over) event. We plan to have similar events in the future when the whole family will be welcome!
Do I need to purchase a ticket in advance?
Yes! You must purchase tickets in advance. We do not accept walk-ins.
Are my tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend and would like to pass your tickets along to a friend, please reach out to us with their contact info so we can keep them updated of all event details.
